A Night in Venice - Unmasking Liver Disease - Thurs, November 17th - 6 pm

thankyouBeauty, mystery and indulgence – join us for the 5th Annual What a Girl Wants Gala themed A Night in Venice – Unmasking Liver Disease.

See the Fairmont Château Laurier transformed into the Carnival of Venice and prepare yourself for an unforgettable evening. This year’s gala will host Ottawa’s finest political, business and community leaders, families touched by liver disease, and women seeking a girl’s night out in support of a great cause!

“The event will celebrate the beauty and history of Italy, with emphasis on the ornate venetian mask made famous during the baroque era,” says the event’s chair Vanessa von Finckenstein.

This year we are thrilled to present an extravagant fashion show from world renowned designer, Richard Robinson. And don’t forget what has already made What a Girl Wants one of the hottest events in Ottawa, including;  the firemen, gourmet food and drinks, jam-packed silent auction tables and the dance party that rounds out the night.

Make sure to also check out the grand prize raffle of round-trip airfare for two to Italy, courtesy of Air Canada and once again a special  surprise from Pat Flesher Furs, and more!

If extravagance is what you are looking for, mark your calendar for Thursday, November 17, 2011 – 6 pm. Buy your tickets online today as this event always sells out quickly!
